HELLLLLLLLLLP MEEEEEEEEEE!

I need help, people.  I've got a TBR (to be read) pile of 35 books.  They are (very obviously) listed below.  I need to know which ones I should read next.  The titles with RBC after them are books I will definitely be reading because the authors are coming to Recycle for our book club. But they are down the road.  So you can still move them up the pile.

ACTION ITEM:  Please tell me what you would read if you were in my place.  You can pick anywhere from 1-35 books.  I will tally the votes and read them in the order that you guys vote for 'em.  THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!  You've got 7 days to weigh in.

    1. Thanks, Melissa. Are these in order? Or are they just 1 group?

  2. I've only read a couple of those books. I read another one of Karma Brown's books and loved it so I'd say read these first:

    In This Moment
    Little Fires Everywhere
Me Talk Pretty One Day (even though I'm not sure it's for you.)

    1. Thanks, Kathy. The only reason I have Sedaris in there is because I am seeing him live on Monday. I bought the book months ago and intended to read it before the show. But I never got to it.

  3. Well, this question is hard for me because our reading tastes aren't exactly the same, but I definitely plan to read Sabaa Tahir's books at some point, so I vote for that. :-)

    1. Nicole, I think I answered you somewhere else on the computer(!). But I don't remember where. So I will say it here - I really liked An Ember in the Ashes. I am definitely looking forward to #2.

  4. This is good, but heartwrenching: Addison, Corban - A Walk Across the Sun

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this book: Di Maio, Camille - BEFORE THE RAIN FALLS

The only other one I read is this one, and it was good: Ware, Ruth - THE WOMAN IN CABIN 10

    1. You are the 2nd blogger (the other is Melissa Amster) to rave about BEFORE THE RAIN FALLS. I'm definitely going to have to elevate that one, when this is all said and done. Thank you for your suggestions.

    2. It is a fantastic read.

I would pick that first. :)

    3. I'm convinced. I will put it in the top 3, regardless of final vote count.

  5. I would love only to have 35 TBRs! They all look good to me! :--). The trouble is, not enough time, not enough years to read all the good books!

  6. I really liked The Winter Sea. If you like historical/time travel you might want to try it.

  7. The only one I have read is The Woman in Cabin 10, which was good but not great enough to recommend that you read it first (or even second or third!).

I have several of these books on my own TBR list, so I'm interested in seeing where others have ranked them.
